AT&T earned a place for the Pantech slate in its range today. The new slate of Pantech purports to be the thinnest in the world Candybars phone with a full QWERTY keyboard.

The slate Pantech has a 1.3 megapixel camera and supports AT&T Mobile Email service, allowing consumers to access their e-mails on the move. Bluetooth is also on board, in addition to mobile instant messaging service. The Pantech Slate is set to be available in black with royal blue in late October, priced at $ 49.99 after 2 years of commitment and mail-in rebate.
