LG CU500: Today's cell phone market is loaded with cell phones similar to famous Razor by Motorola. The LG CU500 is one of them, but a matter of fact, LG CU500 easily beats its rivals as far as functionality, reliability and performance is concern.

LG CU500, multimedia dream hardware is flip open, Quad band cell phone with dimensions 3.80" (H) x 1.95" (W) x 0.76" (D) and weight of about 3.70 oz. The cell phone comes in different colors such as black, grey and other chrome colors.

External LCD can display 65k colors at resolution of 96x96 pixels. The internal screen is bigger i-e has resolution of 176Ã—220 Pixels and is able to process 256k colors.

Below the external LCD lie basic soft music controls of play/pause, stop, forward etc. The volume control keys are located on the side.

LG CU500 has a 1.3MP camera above the external display that is able to rotate 180 degrees. CU500 let you take self-portraits without any problem as the external display works as a viewfinder. The cam supports video recording and stores the clips in 3Gp format. The high quality camera has resolutions 1280Ã—960, 640Ã—480, 320Ã—240, 160Ã—120 Pixels for still images and 320Ã—240, 176Ã—144 Pixels for video recordings.

LG CU500 contains two speakers which support 3d sound, so listening quality music on the way is no more a problem. The cute looking CU500 1,100 mAh Li-Ion Polymer battery runs for 5 hours talking continuously and up to 10 days with cell phone on standby.

Unlike its rivals, the cell phone has a Bluetooth module as well as micro SD card slot so letting LG CU500 with a 2GB space is not a problem at all. CU500 comes with a rich hardware as well as software kit. IM messengers are already built in so do the image and video editors.

Summing it up, a cell phone can never come better than this; for the price LG CU500 is being offered.
