Palm Treo 800w review

        An interesting cell phone we had the chance to review is the Palm Treo 800w, a phone that was conceived to compete this year's market. Measuring only 112 x 58 x 19 mm and having a weight of only 142 g, this cell phone makes an interesting tool. The Palm Treo 800w comes with a compact camera of 2.0 MP / 1280 x 1024 px / Flash / 2X Zoom / Video Recorder. It comes with a 1150 mAh Li-Ion battery, letting a talk time of 4.50 hours and provides in standby mode 200 hours. Its creators added a 170.0 MB memory, a good quantity for a regular use! An interesting option of the Palm Treo 800w is the speaker phone, being a useful tool anywhere! The nice screen of this cell phone lets you insert wallpapers of 320 x 320 px.

         If you like phones that uses skins you will appreciate to know that the Treo 800w has customizable themes enabled. The game collection included in the Palm Treo 800w is running on J2ME, having cool games to distract yourself! Unsurprisingly, being a standard in the industry, the Treo 800w has support for both SMS and EMS. It also supports MMS messaging to send all your multimedia messages! The predictive text system is based on the Handwriting Recognition technology, being a top system for easy using.

         The Treo 800w supports streaming media using the Sprint TV technology. The High speed data transfer is using the cdma2000 1xEV-DO Rev. A technology. The phone may be connected to a computer with a cable to share data between both systems. We have found the Palm Treo 800w to be a fantastic cell phone and we greatly encourage it to anyone interested in a good phone!
